Prices, Packages and Casual
Accommodation Rates
Please
note that all of the following prices are approximate only.
Individual packages for those wishing to hire conference
rooms for several days or accommodate large numbers of
guests should be negotiated with the college. The college
is only too happy to tailor packages and prices to individual
preferences.
Day Conference Rates Day Conferences can choose one of two major rooms within
the college to host a function:-
The Conference/Meeting Room
Available for $275 (AUD) per day, this price provides a
full day's access to the newly created, well equipped
conference room within the college, and includes full
access to the
big screen data projector, which allows viewing of DVD/Video/CD
and PowerPoint presentations.
The Senior Common Room
For those functions seeking an extra level of elegance,
the historic Senior Common Room is available at select
times
for $385 (AUD) per day. This price includes access to
a smaller screen DVD/Video viewing. The room also includes
a fully
stocked bar which can be accessed for an additional price.
Bonus:- The hiring
of either function room within the college provides free
access throughout the day to the
recently
refurbished Junior Common Room or the leafy college
grounds. There is a great communal space for the group to
relax in front of the 130cm rear projection Television
and unwind after a productive day.
Tavern:- Please note
that the college tavern—a fully licensed bar serving standard
drinks, cocktails and
hot snacks—can
be made available upon request and negotiation.
Other
breakaway rooms, such as the smaller group meeting rooms,
can also be mad available upon request.
Parking:- Parking
for a full day can be purchased for $3.50 per vehicle.
This can be included in
the quote
for larger
groups.
Casual and Guest Accommodation Rates Guests wishing to spend
the night at the college can choose from the following
options:-
1. Full Package
For $75.00 per night guests can stay in a standard room
within the college and receive 3 meals in the college
dining hall.
Additional Extras:-
- Large rooms which contain more space are available for
$80.
- Rooms that contain both a Queen sized bed and an ensuite
bathroom are available for $88.
