John XXIII College offers conference delegates choices from our delicious conference menu including options like tea and coffee on arrival, breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The College can also tailor menus to cater for cocktail functions and three-course sit down meals for special occasions. We are a licensed premise and can also tailor a beverage package to our guests upon request.
Guests taking advantage of our accommodation are treated to three meals per day; breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are prepared daily from our fresh tasty menu which was developed in consultation with a professional dietician and nutritionist. Meals include a selection of hot and cold, meat and vegetarian dishes. Our diverse and healthy gourmet salad bar accommodates most dietary needs. However, special dietary needs may be catered for upon pre-arrangement before your arrival at the College.

- Breakfast: 7:30am – 9:00am
- Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:00pm
- Dinner: 6:00pm – 6:30pm
