Fundraisers
The Residents of John XXIII College have a variety of activities to help raise funds for aid projects.
World’s Greatest Shave
Residents of the College give a helping hand in the World’s Greatest Shave!
Live Below The Line
Live Below the line is a fundraising campaign that helps Australians take action on poverty. Residents/participants feed themselves on $2 a day for five days. That’s the Australian equivalent of the extreme poverty line.
Parents Weekend Auction
Teaming up with the John XXIII College Residents’ Association (RA), funds are raised from various auctions. Profits are split among the RA and the Aid Project. The St Vincent de Paul Society also participates in the Parents Weekend Auction to raise much needed funds for the Society.
Bike Auction
Each year the Senior Residents of the College auction off all unclaimed bikes in the College’s bike sheds. All proceeds are donated to the Aid Project.
