SECURITY & SAFETY

Every resident is issued with their own key fob to access the J23 building and their rooms. We also have staff on hand around the clock to monitor the building and the safety of those within it.

Every night one of your corridor Senior Residents becomes the Night Duty Officer. They are there to provide pastoral, disciplinary and administrative support while also responding to lockouts, noise complaints and miscellaneous resident needs. They are on call from 5 pm to 9 am seven days a week.

Duty Officer can be contacted 7 days a week between 5pm to 8am on (02) 6125 6919 or 5-6919 (internally) or 0467 154 027 (externally).

To enhance the safety of the College and its residents after-hours, we have a Night Porter to assist the SRs by performing functional, administrative and security tasks. The Night Porter is on duty four nights per week between 8 pm to 4am.
